Solution:
1. close AutoPIPE Nozzle applications and windows related to.
2. Download RICHTX32.OCX from a reputable source.
3. After downloading the file (unzip if necessary) and place the file into the appropriate windows folder:
- 32 bit system type:
C:\Windows\System32
- 64 bit system type:
C:\Windows\SysWOW64
4. Next, start the command line as an administrator in Windows by pressing Win key on your keyboard and typing "Command Prompt" in the search field, then - right-click on the result and select Run as administrator.
5. enter the following at the command prompt
- 32 bit system type:
regsvr32 C:\Windows\System32\msstdfmt.dll
- 64 bit system type:
regsvr32 C:\Windows\SysWow64\msstdfmt.dll
If successful, the command prompt will appear.
6. Restart AutoPIPE Nozzle and continue to use the program
