A critical bug was introduced in SACS 2025 (25.00.01) which caused equivalent static forces to be reduced in sequential deterministic wave simulations when using metric units in Wave Response. This bug is especially apparent when using the Generate Transfer Function feature (GNTRF) to generate multiple deterministic wave simulations in a single wave response analysis. Reduction in the equivalent static force calculations caused lower internal forces in the transfer function load cases (especially at high frequencies), which could then lead to higher-than-expected life estimations in the Fatigue program. This has been fixed in version 25.00.03 and all projects which are using metric units spectral fatigue analysis workflows are advised to upgrade to the latest version.
