Problem:
The following occurs when I perform the Strength Calculations:
Errors:
404 Flange xx.xx seating pressure less than or equal to zero.
How to fix it?
Solution:
Typical reason for this message is that model as selected the wrong choice of gasket material - example: elastomer rubber and near zero seating pressure as shown below:
Fix for this particular model was to modify with the same type of gasket for all the flanges.
