Bentley AutoPIPE CONNECT Edition v12.4 (v12.04.00.14) - English

Bentley AutoPIPE CONNECT Edition is a stand-alone, engineering application for the calculation of piping stresses, fatigue stresses, fluid transient, bowing or thermal transient analysis, flange or pipe support design, and equipment nozzle loading analysis under static and dynamic loading conditions. In addition to 30+ piping codes, AutoPIPE incorporates ASME, JSME, British Standard, European, API, NEMA, ANSI, ASCE, AISC, UBC, GOST and WRC guidelines and design limits to provide a comprehensive analysis of the entire system.

This new release provides new features, critical code updates, and enhanced product interoperability. This is a product generation update for AutoPIPE CONNECT (v12.04.00.14) which includes several bug fixes plus the following new features:

The following outline identifies new features and enhancements in the AutoPIPE CONNECT Edition version 12.4:

Piping Codes

Added the 2017 edition of DNVGL-ST-F101 Submarine pipeline systems piping code (previously named DNV-OS-F101). Improvements include results options to assist with user control, Mill Pressure Factor k and a (mpt), updated bursting check, material properties, and added Ovality limit checks and compliancy notes.

Interoperability

AutoPIPE can now import CAESAR II 2019 neutral files.
The PCF Translator mapping file now includes item descriptions and support tags.

Library

The Library Editor interface has been redesigned to facilitate proper management of Material Library data.

General

Load combinations included in another stress-level combination are now highlighted in the code and non-code grids.
Reference points can now be added when inserting Anchors.
Global and local axes coordinate systems can now be toggled on and off.
The new Image Gallery tool enables the management of custom images associated with each model. These images can be easily incorporated into any AutoPIPE Microsoft® Excel® and Microsoft® Word® report. [Technology Preview ]
Watermarks and Notes have been added to more clearly indicate Academic Licenses.
The Recent Models dialog now provides options to customize the models displayed - Pin, Un-pin, Remove from List, Remove all Un-pinned Items.
To improve the overall AutoPIPE experience, a feedback mechanism has been implemented providing the ability to comment on anything AutoPIPE-related.
AutoPIPE's interface now features a Black theme - the highest-contrast visual for your background.
