Problem:

Why note "No operating loads analyzed..." appears after the CODE COMPLIANCE setting in the Analysis summary report of AutoPIPE?

"No operating loads analyzed. Maximum specified pressure will be used for sustained stress."

Solution:

In one of the configured Analysis sets, there are no enabled Temperature load cases. Consequently, this note serves to inform the user that the maximum pressure will be utilized for the Sustain combination.

There are two possible solutions:

Solution #1:

Should one wish to apply a specific pressure for the SUS combination, please refer to the following section in the AutoPIPE help: Help > Contents > Search Tab > enter "Case/Combination List (Standard)" (including the quotes), press the "List Topics" button, and double-click on the chosen topic from the provided list.

Update the Sus combination as mentioned in the help to include a pressure load case.:

Example:

  GR + Max P{2}            Sustain     Sum      GR[2]
                                                Max  Long
                                                P2[2]

Solution #2:

Update Hydrotest Load Properties with a Temperature Load case selection:

Question: Is there a way to know which Analysis Set the message is referring too?

Answer: Only method is to search the Analysis set dialog or Analysis report looking for a set that has no temperature load load case. A new enhancement will be added to make this message more clearer.
