After downloading the file (unzip if necessary) and place the file into the appropriate windows folder:

Next, start the command line as an administrator in Windows by pressing Win key on your keyboard and typing "Command Prompt" in the search field, then - right-click on the result and select Run as administrator.

regsvr32 C:\Windows\System32\msstdfmt.dll
64 bit system type:
regsvr32 C:\Windows\SysWow64\msstdfmt.dll
the Following should then appear:
Restart AutoPIPE Nozzle and continue to use the program
