Problem:

The following is displayed in the model consistency check report:

W726-93: Zero weight flange found at point XXX

How to fix?

Solution:

Open the offending flange dialog screen, or navigate to the Input grid, Flange tab:

Notice that the indicated flange weight is missing.

For all flange ratings = NS (Non-Standard) user must manually update the weight field.

Select a different Flange Rating that will then retrieve the information from the flange library if available.
