Problem

RAM Elements Concrete Column Rho > Rho max warning. At splices, the program considers that the section has twice the reinforcement area provided. Since no specific location of the splices over the entire length of the column is set, it is reasonable to reduce Rho max to half its initial value due to this uncertainty.
