Why and How to avoid it?
Solution:
This is a friendly reminder to the user of AutoPIPE 12.02.00.14 and higher, to list all the flanges in a model whose pipe property includes corrosion and Flange Analysis, Flange tab, "Use Pipe corrosion" option was disabled.
As indicated by the message, the listed flanges does not consider corroded dimensions as required by some codes (ex. ASME VIII Division 1. App 2) during the analysis (see known issue here). The user has the option to include or not include Flange corrosion in the Flange analysis module.
Again, this was just a warning for the user to be well informed about analysis considerations. Indicated flanges will be listed unless flange pipe properties in the model had corrosion = 0..00 or "Use Pipe corrosion" option was enabled.
