I cannot access the Building Planner mode, what's wrong?

In order to access the Building Planner mode, the Building Planner option must first be selected in the STAAD.pro start screen: 

Note, a license for STAAD PlanWin (2304) will be used during the subsequent STAAD.pro session along with a STAAD.pro license (1562).
