q. Why is the Stress larger than allowable with no indication to the user while using AutoPIPE Vesse

Problem:

See attached report page 14 there is a total calculated stress of 433.99 Mpa bigger than 414 Mpa

What is the allowable for this? assuming 414 MPa. correct?

Why is it not indicated that this may be larger than the allowable?

Solution:

Please read the report, in bold it is clearly indicated that the Nozzle stress is calculated for information only.

So, the stress is compare to nothing as it is informative.

No defect.
