Problem Description

Double Channel Front to Front cannot be designed as per AISC Unified 360-05 and 360-10 codes. An ERROR: MEMBER DESIGN FAILED FOR MEMBER xx is reported

Steps to Reproduce

1. Try to design a double channel front to front section using AISC 360-05/10
2. An error message mentioned above appears in the analysis output file

Workaround

Such sections can be designed in older versions of STAAD.Pro like SS5 ( 20.07.10.65). So use an older version to design these sections.
