Why and how to avoid it?
If the issue is related to writing Lxxx files (read entire error message).
1. Open Static Analysis sets dialog
2. Remove all Analysis Sets from that indicated on the error dialog and beyond (ex. L004 = analysis set #4, delete any remaining analysis sets that have a higher analysis set number; #5, #6, #7, etc..).
3. Save the model
4. Use "Delete all analysis results" command
5. Analyze the model
6. Create output report
7. Go back and recreate analysis sets as needed.
1. Close all Bentley AutoPIPE programs
2. Delete Bentley AutoPIPE Connect folders from the following locations:
a. %appdata%
C:\ Users \ profile name \ AppData \ Roaming \ Bentley\\
b. %programdata%
C:\ ProgramData \ Bentley
Again, remove all AutoPIPE Connect folder from both of these locations (ex. in case above, delete 4 folders: AutoPIPE CONNECT & AutoPIPE CONNECT v11)
3. Try and start AutoPIPE now, message should no longer appear.
1. Create new folder on desktop
2. Copy model from network location to new folder on desktop
3. Open model from new folder location on desktop
4. Process model, does the error message above appear?
IF NO, then go back to original model location on network, move up one folder level, create a new folder, and repeat steps 1-4 again.
Does the warning message still appear?
IF No, there are a few possible reasons:
a. File path maybe to long in the original folder location
b. There maybe an issue with other supporting files in the original folder location
c. There are permission issues with the original folder location
IF Yes, go to suggestion #4
Open the folder where the model was saved too, reorder by file size, and confirm that all file sizes are greater than 0.00 KB.
If *.CMB file size was found to be 0.00 KB, then perform the following:
a. Close AutoPIPE
b. Delete the 0.0 KB *.CMB file
c. Restart AutoPIPE
d. Use the application.
This should have resolved the issue. If the problem persists, see Suggest #4 below.
For issues related to writing a RSP file, manually reset the Dynamic Analysis Response Spectrum tab Analyzed Support Group using the following:
1. Open the Dynamic Analysis dialog Response Spectrum tab and extend the dialog to see all of the columns.
2. Take a screen shot
3. Set all Analyze support Group values for each Case to 1
4. Press Apply button and then OK button
5. Reopen the same dialog again and configure using the original settings.
Done!! These few steps should reset the support groups.
IF message still appears, please log a Bentley Service request mentioning this WIKI page.
