Staring March 2023, use the following process to post / log / report new IDEAS about Features / Enhancements requests in the program:

Step 1: Select Link here to open AutoPIPE products IDEAS page by AHa! and select AutoPIPE or AutoPIPE Vessel

The AHA IDEAS page, a hub for innovation in Bentley Communities. You will be able to see all the products integrated into the AHA IDEAS.

Please go here to:

i. submit new IDEAS

ii. see the status of your previous IDEAS

iii. vote and comment on others' IDEAS

As an active user, your IDEAS help us better understand what you really need! 

Step #2: Search existing IDEAS already posted, does one match or kind of match your idea?  

If yes, vote on the existing item. go to step #4

If no, go to step #3

Step #3: Post a new IDEA!

- Be sure to be explicitly clear on your idea. how do you envision your idea functioning? Why is this a good idea? How will it make the program easier, or better to use? etc...

- Provide detailed description with step by step of how your idea should be implemented.

- Provide images, drawings, dialog mock ups, etc..  to clearly illustrate your idea.

- The more details the better.

Step #4: Review other IDEAS already posted and vote on those that you feel adds to the program and how you work. 

Note: Those IDEAS with the most votes will appear in the program quicker because we now understand what our users want.

By promoting the use of Aha! IDEAS portals for the management of Enhancement Requests across all Product Teams, the following benefits are attainable:

• Provide a timelier response to user enhancement requests
• Provide critical input into product and thematic roadmaps 

What are the Benefit of Aha!: 

• A direct link to the Program Manager and Development Team
• Any status update on a case, users will receive an email notification.
• When feature has been released in a new version, users will receive an email notification.
• With more upvotes for a specific idea, this feedback will help us understand our users needs. Our team will prioritized those features to be added in the program quicker than others with lesser votes.  
• There is no longer a need to raise a technical support ticket in order to propose a product enhancement idea. Users can access each product's Aha! IDEAS page through Bentley Communities 
• Browse by most recent, trending, and popular IDEAS
• Filter IDEAS by category, or status and search by name 
• Portal IDEAS can be translated to English, Spanish, German, French and Dutch making it easy to share IDEAS in the language of your choice
