Problem:

How to license AutoPIPE Nozzle 08.11.08.20 and higher?

Solution:

The new version of AutoPIPE Nozzle V8i 08.11.08.20 and higher

- Application no longer requires a separate license line item as seen in image above.

AutoPIPE Nozzle is now installed and licensed with owning an AutoPIPE Advance or Nuclear License.

Again, in order to use AutoPIPE Nozzle, BLT / LMT license screen must have a line item for AutoPIPE Advance or Nuclear. 

Notes:

1. ***Important*** be sure that your IT department has not restricted access rights for user logged into the computer that are trying to use AutoPIPE Nozzle, added restrictions for the application to run (ex. modified Regedit), or virus protection sees the software as a potential threat.  

2. Using AutoPIPE Nozzle does not count towards usage of an AutoPIPE license. The program will run so long as a valid AutoPIPE Advance or Nuclear License is apart of the User's entitlements.

3. Same as AutoPIPE, user is able to run unlimited instances of the program on a single unique computer.  

Enable Full License mode

Open AutoPIPE Nozzle from icon on desktop or from program listing, select File>  Authorize... 

Press the radio button in front of "Full license", the stop light should now turn green if all steps above were verified and completed.

Does the following message appear: 

If no, great start using AutoPIPE Nozzle:

If yes, the correct licensing is not available when selecting "Full License" mode, workaround options:

Option #1:

Contact your Account Manager and request an Upgrade to your current contract to include a license for AutoPIPE Advance or Nuclear.

Option #2:

See outside of program licensing procedure here.

Option #3:

Assuming that everything above is correctly configured and the user is signed into Connection Client, there could be a problem with the computer's region selection. As a trouble shooting step set the Regional format to English. The try to see if this change allows the application to license correctly in Full license mode.

Option #4:

If there is a line item for AutoPIPE Nozzle on the license screen, only able to use AutoPIPE Nozzle V8i 08.11.07.19 and Lower. Suggest to uninstall the current version of AutoPIPE and file a Bentley Service Request asking for a download link to AutoPIPE Nozzle V8i 08.11.07.19 or lower.
