Q. How to open and review an existing / past Service Request and Cases


Answer: 

Use the following procedure to review existing / past Service Request:

1. Open Connect Center or Subscription Services Portal

2. Navigate to the bottom of the screen and find a tile named "My Service request", click on the tile

3. In a moment, a new web page will be displayed with a number of tabs across the top:

a. Select the "My service Request" tab

b. Select a SR Number hyperlink as needed to see details.
