Beams appear as a dark Black on stress color plots:
Why and how to avoid?
There are a few possible causes:
1. Graphics card settings color depth is every low (ex. 4 bit or 16 colors)
2. Changed the default color map NonStress to black.
As one can see below the normal color of a beam on a computer with higher color depth setting and default AutoPIPE profile is a dark shade of grey:
1. Confirm color settings under Tools> Color> NonStress
OR
2. Reset AutoPIPE profile. (tools> settings> Preference), Reset Defaults > user settings only.
