The fact that operation ran flawlessly on your system tells us that the AutoPIPE and ATS installation are working correctly. Also, tells us that something is wrong with one of the following: your log in access to the Technical server, missing files, server communication, etc.. Your IT department should be able to assist you compare folders, access rights, and Read/Write folder settings.
When logging a service request please be sure to supply all the information about your computer and the server computer.
