Problem:

What, if any, are the limitations with exporting models to an AutoPIPE Isometric using OPIM?

Solution:

This is largely dependent on the version of both AutoPIPE and OPIM (OpenPLANT Isometric Manager) being used. Suggest to review program help for clear details.

Example:

a. Save Stress Isometric

Notes:
1. The complete model is saved for Isometrics drawing unless a) Segments are hidden b) Use Selected Range Option

2. Only the pipe points displayed within the current model are saved and resulting in DWG, and DGN files. Beam points are not supported.

b. Generating a Stress Isometric

c. AutoPIPE Isometrics Manager - Plot Tab

etc..

In addition, see AutoPIPE Stress Isometrics Export Limitations from OPIM wiki here.
