Subscription Entitlement Service is Bentleys new process for product activation, activating our users digital workflows and improving our licensing capabilities with many features (for more details on the general principles of Subscription Entitlement Service, see here )

This form of licensing is used in Microstran CONNECT Edition Version 10 and later.  You will need to ensure of the following:-

• CONNECTION Client installed and running
  • This will be displayed in your status bar (At the End of your Windows Taskbar)
• You are signed in to the Connection Client with your CONNECT credentials
  • Note that when you are not successfully signed in the icon is displayed thus:-

Note:- Use of any product is determined by an Entitlement that provided for you by your IT services/manager. You do need to ensure that you check with your IT manger that you have been granted suitable entitlements before using CONNECT software, however, entitlements can be requested and modified at any time.
