The CONNECTION Client is your gateway to Bentley's cloud services, portals and analytics.  By signing into the CONNECTION Client you can find your company's projects, track your time, explore analytics, download software updates, receive relevant notifications, and access other features available to you as a Bentley user.  Signing into the CONNECTION Client is a prerequisite to participate in CONNECT capabilities provided through your Bentley desktop applications (CONNECT Edition or V8i with CONNECT Services).

Download EXE file:

Step #1: Go to www.Bentley.com web site

Step #2: Find ,(located top - right side of the page) click Search magnifying glass icon and enter "Connection Client", press keyboard return

Step #3: Select "Connection Client" hyperlink from the list

Step #4: Under the heading corresponding with they system architecture, click on "Download Now" button

1. Installing on Win 7 - click here. 

2. SCCM typically does not work well with EXE files and therefore one may need to download MSI file. File a Bentley Service Request to referencing this WIKI. Please note that the executable installer we provide performs some prerequisite checks that the underlying MSI may not. If you want the MSI solely for performing a silent installation, please refer to our silent installation instructions.
