How to obtain foundation loads in AutoPIPE Vessel?
Answer:
The easiest way to obtain the foundation load is to browse to the ‘Summary of Foundation Loads’ table at the end of the report.
An alternate method of obtaining the foundation loads would be from the individual combination load case calculations.
Example
in the table above, the Vertical loads, Shear and Moment can be obtained from the corresponding load case (Operating, Normal wind case) calculation page in the report as shown below:
Notice where it says “Operation (Normal Wind)” at the top and in the ”Supports” table, the Vertical, Horizontal reactions and Moment are tabulated. The individual load case combination calculations are by default located at the beginning of the report.
