Problem Description

You have installed RAM Structural System CONNECT Edition v15.00.00.00 but the columns and beams are not exporting when you use File - ISM - Create Repository.

Solution

Verify that you have already installed the Structural Synchronizer CONNECT Edition 10.00.00.05. If not, installing it should fix the problem. You can download the CONNECT Edition here:
