Before doing these steps, ensure that none of your models are saved in the program folder.
Select Control Panel from the Windows Start menu, and open either Add or Remove Programs (Windows XP) or Programs and Features (Windows Vista/7). Uninstall all listings for RAM Concept, starting with the most recent.
Then, remove any RAM Concept folders residing in the following locations (if they exist):
- C:\Program Files\Bentley\Engineering
- C:\Program Files\Ram
- C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Bentley\Engineering (Windows XP only)
- C:\ProgramData\Bentley\Engineering (Windows Vista/7 only)
Finally, reinstall RAM Concept.
