These values are not user input values or calculated values by the program. These values are referenced by the Allowable Bolt Load table at Room Temp or At Design Temp for the clamped flanges. 

One can review the referenced table in AutoPIPE Vessel Help; Body Flange and Cover Properties - Body Flange Tab> Allowable Bolt Load> At Room Temp, At design Temp, in Test Temp. 

In order to change this values, make modifications to the model that affect the Allowable Bolt Load look up; specifically Bolt Dia and / or Temperature.
