Follow these instructions:
1. Open CONNECTION Center (https://connect.bentley.com/) and Sign in.
2. An internet browser window will automatically open to your Bentley Personal Connection Center web page.
Press the "New Case" tile near the bottom of the page, imaged below
3. Continue with Step #3 - Click here
