Problem Description

I am getting the following error when I open Revit. I tried the WRN at the bottom, however I am running into issues trying to set the registry value.

Solution

Please uninstall and reinstall ISM Revit Plug-in. Install it with full administrative privileges. While installing stop your firewall and anti-virus software.

ISM Revit Plugin can be downloaded from Bentley Cloud Services here. After signing in to CONNECTION Center, select Software Downloads under My Services. Once on the Software Fulfillment page, ISM Revit Plugin installers can be located by performing a search on "ISM Revit".
