When conducting the analyze phase, Staad Foundation Advanced stops responding and crashes. I have tried opening previous Staad projects and it will crash on launch. I have uninstalled, rebooted and did a fresh install of the application. These did not resolve the issue. I have made sure that my antivirus program is not an issue.
Our experience with the version 9 series of the program shows that this is an extremely rare occurrence. So, there is no single answer we can program that might solve the problem. Hence, our suggestion is that you should contact the technical support staff at Bentley for help in such a case.
If you are using an older version (version 8 series or older), please upgrade to one of the versions in the SFA 9 series.
