Problem:

Levels C and D only require results for Equation 9. However, results are given for Equations 10 and 11 (and 12 and 13 if 10 is non-compliant). Why?

Solution:

Agreed Eqn 10 is not needed for Level C/D. There is an alternative summary report for Level C/D with reversing dynamic loads to manage the alternative equations of NB-3656(b).

With regards to results for Eqn 10, if not interesting for your review, suggest to ignore it.
