Problem Description:

When I select the help button (“?”) in any Microstran Connection Design dialogue boxes and point to a field, I get the error message. 

Solution:

Not only in Microstran Steel connection design but in all dialogue having help sign (?) does report this error. .
Error opening Help in Windows-based programs: "Feature not included" or "Help not supported" . The Windows Help program is not supported in Windows 10 and later. 
The Windows Help program is available for Windows Vista, 7, 8 and 8.1 only.

It is recommended to discontinue using the Windows Help application.
