Problem:

Vessel is designed for ASME Section VIII Div. 1 and local load is checked against WRC 107.

 

 

Local stresses in the shell has not been calculated, Why?

Answer:

 WRC doesn't provide a method to check a local load on a conical shell, so yes the results are not available due to out scope.
