Below Error while opening Rcdx Files.

 

Just to inform you that, PostgreSQL 8.3 is no longer required to be installed for STAAD Advanced Concrete.

In case you have older version of rcdx file older than V10 then to convert that to the new version you may require to install PostgreSQL. So, if you open files of older version, they are automatically converted to the new version. Since old files were created used PostgreSQL, it is required for conversion. But for new user it is not required at all.
