1. Open the Connection client and a window will appear to the right of your desktop as shown below.

             

1. Enter your registered email ID and go to forgot password as shown below.

           

        3. After you click on “Forgot password”, it will take you to a webpage where you can reset your password as shown below.

         

      4. Provide all the information needed as shown in the picture above. Once it is done, open your registered email and a link will be provided which will take you to a webpage where you can change your password.
