Before proceeding for installation in New System, First check in "Bentley Licensing Tool" if you have Checkout License for RCDC.

1)If Yes, First Check in the License as shown in below snap and further Log out from Connection Client and Uninstall RCDC Software from Control Panel.

2) If you have not Checkout RCDC, Sign Out from Connection Client and Simply Uninstall Software.

3)You can install RCDC Software in your new system.
