08. What is more important, AutoPIPE's results for Operating Conditions (ex. GrT1P1, GrT2P2, ...etc.

Answer:

The user would be advised to only look at the results for Operating Conditions  (ex. GrT1P1, GrT2P2, ...etc). Would suggest that user turn off all non-operating conditions.

Example:

Give the following Analysis sets:

This would produce 21 Non-code combinations.

Out of these 21 Non-code combination, suggest to ignore all individual load cases (total =13 load cases). Thus reducing down to just 8 operating conditions.

Due to the rules of load sequencing, user tend to focus in on the results of individual load cases when they are just components of the true load, Operating Load cases.

Remember from your AutoPIPE training classes, individual load cases are added together in order to determine the Operating load case. Therefore only review the individual load cases to understand the contributing factors to the Operating Condition results. When reporting results in product documentation, meetings, to other departments, etc.. mention the results for operating load case scenario and indicate any mitigating reasons on why the load was large / small based on individual load case contributions.
