Answer:
Uninstall AutoPIPE, and re-install AutoPIPE V8i confirming AutoPIPE Nozzle option is checked ON as shown above.
After the installation is complete, verify it has been installed by selecting Start> All Programs> Bentley Engineering> AutoPIPE Nozzle icon should now be listed, start the program as desired.
