There can be any number of reasons why the application will not start, one or more of the following may apply. 

• Connection Client
• Graphics card settings - NVIDIA
• Malware / Security application
• Windows Defender - Disable Extension points
• Company forced update
• WinDBG file contains
  • ACEWSTR.DLL
  • Datamnger.dll
  • Vm3dgl64.dll
• Event Viewer logs contain
  • Faulting module name: ntdll.dll
  • Faulting module name: InProcessClient64.dll
  • Faulting module path: nvoglv32.dll
• Message appears on screen
  • Script Errors
  • "Bentley AutoPIPE Application has stopped working..."
  • autopipe.exe - Unable To Locate Component
  • autopipe.exe - System Error
  • Microsoft Blue Screen - A problem has been detected
