Could you please also check in the menu "Preference" the path of the customizable file?
Be sure that the correct EXE is specified:
Possibility #2:
Support for exported drawings to cad versions has expired.
Example: AutoPIPE Vessel 44.00.01.014, no longer able to export models to Solidworks 2012. In one particular case the model exports without issue to Solidworks 2024 with out issue but cannot be opened in 2012 without many problems.
