                  Answer: insert a valid value into the current field before selecting a different cell / OK button.
                  Example: Spaces at the end of "Line class", in PIPE ID properties.  

  68. E951-31: Cannot find or read autoplan.cnf file. Please reinstall the program.

  69. E962-1: File read error, please contact BENTLEY

  70. E962-2: File write error, check disk space
