IS IT POSSIBLE TO SKIP THE PARTICULAR CLAUSE IN RCDC WHILE DETAILING THE SECTION. FOR EXAMPLE WE WANT TO SKIP THE JOINT SHEAR CLAUSE FROM IS-13920-2016.?

If you are using IS13920:2016 code then joint check is a must. So there is no such option to bypass that one. If you uncheck the ductile design option from general settings then the program will design only as per IS456 and no joint shear check will be performed.
