I have designed a tapered column beam frame in STAAD. I am trying to design the beam column connection, but am not able to find a PEMB connection design. 

Tapered section connection is available in RAM Connection for few cases. For your example MEP KNEE BCF connections will be suitable one which can be found under AISC code. See attached snap 1. Also you can refer help file to know the member types supported for different connection template and country code. The location is as follows:
