Problem

Arabic text is correct in Text Editor window, but displays backwards.

Solution

Set the Regional and Language Options in Windows

1. Set the Regional and Language Options in Windows.

Win7 - http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-vista/Change-your-keyboard-layout

2. Set the configuration variable MS_RTCONFIG=Arabic.

3. Restarting the computer.
