Solution

For Simplified Chinese:
Define a configuration variable called MS_RTCONFIG=SimpChinese (S and C must be capitalized).

For Traditional Chinese:
Define a configuration variable called MS_RTCONFIG=TradChinese (T and C must be capitalized).

For Hong Kong Chinese:
Define a configuration variable called MS_RTCONFIG=HongKongChinese (H, K and C must be capitalized).
