Problem

How to auto stack MicroStation USTN Fonts (.rsc fonts)?

Solution

This is possible starting in the 2004 Edition of V8.

Set the following variables in your workspace:

_USTN_CAPABILITY
> +CAPABILITY_TEXT_AUTOSTACKFRACTIONS
_USTN_CAPABILITY > -CAPABILITY_WORDPROCESSOR_USE_RSCFRACTIONS

Fractions placed with a USTN Font will then be auto stacked if followed immediately by a space. For example:
