Problem

How to place a property line symbol on a property line without having to rotate the
view to match the property line alignment?

Solution

There are a few different options. The following can be tried:
1. Create a custom linestyle with a point symbol and apply that linestyle to the property
line.
2. Use the place text tool with the setting set to along element it will then place the text along the line.
3. Use the construct point along element tool. Use a cell or a character and place it at the location desired on the property line.
