Text Style icon color changes.
When text styles are read from a dgnlib file the sweep arrow icon color changes sometimes? What does this mean? What does the "A" with the top hat icon mean?
The color of the icon changes to cyan once the text style from the dgnlib file is used or written to the file. When the text style is activated it is written to the master DGN file. At that time the settings of the activated text style will become available so that changes to the text style can be made. In MicroStation V8 2004 Edition 08.05.00.64 the text will need to placed in the file first, close the text styles dialog and then re-open the dialog box before you will see the icon color change to cyan. In MicroStation V8 2004 Edition 08.05.01.25 in the text styles dialog box if the "Activate" style icon is chosen or right click and select "Activate", it will then write the text style to the file and the color of the icon changes to cyan. If the text style is not activated or used then the icon color will not change.
The "A" with top hat icon represents that it is a new or custom text style. The "A" represents text and the top hat represents style.
