Is there a text size limit in MicroStation?

Solution

MicroStation 95 has a maximum text height of 12,884,898 UORs.

To arrive at the maximum text height divide 12,884,898 by the UORs per Sub-Unit,

then divide the result by the number of Sub-Units per Master Unit.
Microstation SE has a configuration variable,

MS_enhancedprecision, which allows accuracy of less than 1/10000 of a UOR.
