Problem

How to change the size of the spacing between the Dimension Text and the Dimension Line.

Solution

This spacing is set in the Element> Dimension> Tolerance> Lower Margin dimension setting. This value is a function of the Text height, so a value in this filed of 1 will correspond to a space that is equal to the Text Height in your dimension.

Quick Tip: To have your dimension text placed below the Dimension line, add 1 to the current Lower Margin setting and make the value negative (-).
