Problem

How to set the Dimstyle dialog as the default dimension style in 08.05.02.15 and higher?

Solution

Set the ms_initapps or ms_dgnapps to point to the dimstyle.ma file.
Next go to Workspace>Customize>Menu and modify the Element>Dimension Styles key-in to reflect: DIALOG DIMSTYLE.
