Problem

In Microstation J one could modify where a dimension was pointing to whether the extension line was turned on or off, but in V8 the extension line must be turned on in order to modify. Is there a setting where this could be changed?

Solution

Key-in "Change Dimension extension toggle". Then select the end of the dimension line.
